The Logistics Specialist position is part of the Core Operations Team, which is responsible for interacting with the leadership team who oversee the shipping/receiving, tagging, delivering, and tracking of all hardware that comes through the organization. You will be supporting numerous key internal departments by helping the teams with the quality assurance of movement of product from production to warehouse, shipping & receiving, delivery, and team structure.


  • Monitor process E2E of cargo movement multiple channels.
  • Deliver transportation and cross border updates, notifications and alerts for timely responsiveness to issues.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation adheres to company standards and is compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee timeliness and accuracy of incoming transportation and trade data, notifications and alerts
  • Process daily work orders, inbound & outbound logistics transactions, as well as service, one-off, and retail transactions as needed.
  • Liaise with Logistics Providers to resolve any shipment issues.
  • Reconcile weekly and monthly inventory and related transactions
  • Manual data input and validation
  • Own relationship with cross functional stakeholders
  • Physically pack up shipments when needed
  • Administer smart lockers for deployment and collection of devices


  • 2-3 years’ experience in a dynamic and fast paced corporate/warehouse environment
  • BS in Supply Chain, Business, or another relevant field
  • Intermediate Excel skills, Google Suite, ticketing system
  • 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations
  • Experience with international logistics, managing import and export documentation
  • High communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Regularly required to operate standard office equipment (personal computer, photocopy machine, etc.)
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk.
  • Regularly required to use hands to operate computer and other office equipment.
  • Close vision required for computer usage.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and lift up to 40
