The Global Security Services - Onboarding, Training & Development Team Lead is a very exciting and challenging opportunity that is best suited to bold applicants who thrive on being a true leader and an expert program & project innovator.


The daily demands will include training a small but highly skilled team of physical security trainers, facilitating fast-paced meetings, brokering multi-team agreements and creating/rolling out very p[rofessional global security training products across the security enterprise.


The ideal person for this role will be highly personable, organized, have excellent communication & soft skills, and thrive in an environment that demands results. While a background in training is desired, it is not required because you will learn all about Instructional Design while working on the job. What is required is the following:


A keen understanding of Global Security Operations to include security guard management, Full Time Employee (FTE) and Vendor/Contingent Workers professional program coordination & and the ability to program manage independently.

Supports management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with client and management approval, assists with the determination of requirements, priorities and monitoring of progress.

Create project plans and build consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders.
Acts as the liaison and point of contact for both internal and cross-functional projects.
Works within program discipline and develops expertise as the documentation subject matter expert (SME), to expedite revisions, corrections, and changes to previously published documentation.
Evaluates project status and resource utilization; implements changes as needed; reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Meets regularly with client management for status updates.
Leads daily operations and directs the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent and uniformed global program.
Work directly with client to develop strategies, programs, systems and tools that enhance the approach in keeping employees safe and secure.
Regularly communicates updates on emerging technologies, solutions and projects that may impact business operations, employees or vendors.
Provides ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to internal security teams, cross functional management and executive teams.

Manages performance metrics to evaluate progress and success.
Designs standardized processes and Best Practices from initiation to completion in partnership with SMEs, including project scope, documentation, measurements, communication and implementation to stakeholders and management.
Manage end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery while driving execution.
Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support projects.
Create sustainable communication themes in conjunction with systematic routines, processes, and preparedness activities for client to execute consistently.
Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen and technical savviness.


5 – 7 years of experience as a Program Specialist (ideally in the security industry)
Proficient in Google Suite & MS Suites to include Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

Root cause analysis, industry benchmarking, survey evaluation and data interpretation.

Experience with Physical Security or Security Systems such as CCure or Genentech is a plus.

Direct program & project management experience.
Direct People Management experience.



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Journalism, Criminal Justice, Technical Communications or related fields; or 5+ years of relevant experience.
