Job Overview

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to handle the operations across several key programs including Google Certified Educator and the Google Teacher Center. Success in the role will be to ensure we are providing the most up to date, accurate and high-quality experience to the millions of teachers engaging in these programs worldwide.

How You Make an Impact:

• Google Certified Educator Voucher Program: You will develop and manage a voucher program for the Google Certified Educator exams worldwide which includes tracking the exam revenues and liabilities associated with providing vouchers distributed to end users to take the exams for free. You will be responsible for processing the global requests from requests from the Google sales teams, Google for Education Partners and educational institutions
• Internationalization of key programs like Google Certified Educator exams and Google teacher Center to serve priority global markets. You will create strategy, manage development requests, drive execution of the language translation and contextualization of these programs for priority global markets. You will collaborate with stakeholders to determine the prioritization for which program elements will be localized for a given market. You will work with a combination of internal Google teams and external partners to execute the program localization
• Support Google Certified Educator program: Work with a global support partner to create solutions for resolving reported user issues, manage case volume, and programmatically ensure delivery of world class support for educators around the globe
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors, scope and prioritize updates and changes
• Develop cross-platform solutions to maintain and update our online professional development center, resources, and associated certification exams. This includes ensuring that localized content remains coherent
• Coordinate with regional leads and partners to respond to issues, use cases, change requests, and ensure high-quality service
• Consolidate and communicate product updates to internal stakeholders

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in project or program management
• Experience developing, executing and documenting processes involving several stakeholders
• Excellent written ability and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and with partners to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product management or agile development experience.
• Experience with global program implementation, operation, support, and financial programs
• Some industry experience in education (teaching, administration, business or academic)
• A baseline knowledge of Google for Education Programs and Services.
• Familiarity or experience with basic data analysis functions
