Job Overview

Milestone is seeking an IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Technician to assist with the IT Offboarding Process. Our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service and timeliness. This position is part of the IT team, so candidates must be passionate about technology and can thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. 

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Follow predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities 
  • Respond to ticket queue, and ensure tickets are completed based upon their assigned priorities 
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, system upgrades, parts replacement, and repair for employees 
  • Deploy equipment for new hires and refreshes and collect equipment from offboarded employees 
  • Basic installation and maintenance of computer peripherals 
  • Troubleshoot network access and printers 
  • Image/re-image computers; configure Cisco IP phones 
  • Migrate users from one computer to another 
  • Identify potential issues that could adversely impact user experience and follow through on action plan 
  • Strive to meet all Client/Milestone SLA and Customer Satisfaction Goals 


What You Will Need To Succeed

  • HS Diploma or GED 
  • 1+ years of experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment 
  • Familiar with Windows 7 OS/Applications troubleshooting 
  • Experience in a white-glove, high-touch customer service area 
  • Comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Valid Driver's license is required 
  • Ability to lift and move at least 40lbs 


Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED Required
  • Experience with Layer 1 set up / troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Data Center environment
  • Experience with basic desktop/workplace setup/breakdown/reconnect
  • Knowledge of a variety of current PC hardware and computer peripherals
  • Phone programming skills (VOIP)
  • Digital and analog systems equipment deployment/decommissioning exposure
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Basic iOS/Android, Win OS Navigation skill
