Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented IT Operations Technician to join our skilled IT Operations team. You’ll join a team whose mission is to provide joy through frictionless support that is globally consistent.  

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Handle incoming requests for first level IT support tickets and walk ups at the helpdesk 
  • Manage deployment of IT equipment, including imaging and configuration management 
  • Support AV for internal and customer facing events 
  • Train and prepare our new hires to be productive day one 
  • Document our systems and ensure our processes are always improving 

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • HS Diploma or GED 
  • 1+ year of experience in an IT support role  
  • Strong technical problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Knowledge of the following platforms: Google Apps, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Windows, Zendesk, Okta 
  • Strong customer service skills, including VIP support 
  • Ability to work independently 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time a plus (not required)
